Rec Therapy Solutions, LLC is a local, RT-owned, and operated company with the mission to increase access and opportunity to Recreational Therapy Services. We provide consulting services along with individual, group, family, and community programming across the state of Utah.

The recreational therapist will implement the RT process with students in a charter school in Eagle Mountain, UT. Programming will focus on the social-emotional health of the students and will be developed using a framework that will be provided. You will be asked to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, implement treatment plans, evaluate and document outcomes for the program.
The schedule for this position will be 15 hours per week. The days of the week are currently flexible and will be based on school needs with the potential to be coordinated with RT's schedule.
Pay is DOE. The employee will be paid once a month, on the 8th of each month, for the previous month's work.
This position is in Eagle Mountain, UT.
- TRS or MTRS license from the Utah Department of Professional and Occupational Licensing (DOPL) is required.
- CTRS certification from the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification is required.
- Must obtain personal, professional liability insurance by the start date (August 1, 2021).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- The individual in this position will work under the MTRS supervision who owns Rec Therapy Solutions and will be hired as a 1099 independent contractor.
