Welcome to Rec Therapy Solutions! We're excited to have you join us for the Therapeutic Recreation Technician Course (TRT Course), an online learning experience designed to help you gain the knowledge required for the TRT Exam in the State of Utah. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the course materials and associated services. Please read them carefully before enrolling.  

1. Payment and Enrollment   

• The fee for the TRT Course is $500. This includes access to all course materials, modules, lectures, downloadable resources, and community forums.   
• Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party platform.   
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course platform and all materials.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions

2. Access and Content   

• Access to the TRT Course is granted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.   
• The course materials are hosted on a secure online platform and accessible via any web browser.   
• All content contained within the course, including written materials, videos, audio recordings, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Rec Therapy Solutions and its instructors. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.   
• We reserve the right to update or modify the course content at any time without prior notice.

3. Community and Conduct     

• The TRT Course features a vibrant online community forum where you can connect with fellow students and instructors.   
• All interactions within the community must be respectful and constructive. Hate speech, discrimination, and offensive language are strictly prohibited.   
• We monitor the community forum regularly and may remove content or ban users who violate these guidelines.

4. Use of Course Materials   

• The course materials are intended for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.   
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without our express written permission.   
• You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt the online platform or its services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties   

• The course materials provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.   
• We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the course materials.   
• You assume all risks associated with the use of the course materials and we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from their use.

6. Limitation of Liability   

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the TRT Course is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.  

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution   

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
